All products sold on our website are 100% digital items. When you make a purchase, you receive immediate access to a link to edit and download your invitations. No tangible, physical products will be shipped or delivered to your address. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be physically “returned.” Therefore, our refund and return policy is governed by the following terms:

1. Instant Link Access & Final Sales

• No Returns or Refunds: Once a purchase is made and the editing link is delivered to your email or account, all sales are final. We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, as there is no way to retrieve or “return” a digital file once access has been granted.

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same template twice in the same transaction or within 24 hours, please contact us immediately. We will gladly refund the duplicate charge.

2. Template Issues & Technical Support

We want your invitations to look absolute perfect for your event!

• If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your editing link, opening the template, or downloading your final file, please contact us right away.

• We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue, send you a direct backup access link, or resolve the technical problem as quickly as possible.

3. Printing and Color Disclaimers

• Color Variations: Please note that actual printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. This is due to different monitor calibrations, smartphone screen settings, printer qualities, and ink/paper types.

• Because these variables are out of our control, invitations365.com cannot offer refunds or reprints based on color variations or printing results from third-party services or home printers. We highly recommend printing a single test sheet before printing your entire batch.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Text & Typos: Since all invitations are fully editable by you, the customer, invitations365.com is not responsible for any spelling errors, typos, incorrect event details, or missing information on your printed products. Please carefully proofread your design before exporting and printing.
